Dear Spanish speaking friends,
I’m writing to let you know that tomorrow (Wednesday) I’ll be on UPV radio (102.4) (streaming here: https://es.streema.com/radios/UPTV ) at 1600 (Spain time) presenting poems from my new book ” The pilgrimage of the donkeys “(Beir Bua Press) among others. All were translated by Ariadna Rozitchner and Artal Noguerol.
I want to thank Nidia for inviting me to her program, “La Maja Desnuda”, which also exists online: La Maja Desnuda – Inicio . It is a space of great importance and wealth for poetry in the Spanish language (translations and original versions) and won the World Summit Award in 2007. The poets recite in their own voices.
Nidia herself has dedicated her life to poetry. Originally from Venezuela, she now lives in Boston. Unfortunately, due to political circumstances, he had to leave his native country.
