2022 Vispo Calendar SJ Fowler and Michelle Moloney King

SJ Fowler is a writer, poet and artist who lives in London. He is the founder and curator of The Enemies Project and Poem Brut as well as poetry editor at 3am magazine. He is a lecturer in Creative Writing and English Literature at Kingston University and is the director of Writers’ Centre Kingston and European Poetry Festival. His work has been commissioned by Tate Modern, BBC Radio 3, Somerset House, Tate Britain, London Sinfonietta, Southbank Centre, National Centre for Writing, National Poetry Library, Science Museum and Liverpool Biennial amongst others. His writing has explored subjects as diverse as prescription drugs, films, fight sports, museums, prisons and animals. The works by SJ Fowler are taken from the books Bastard Poems (Steel Incisors 2021), Sticker Poems (Trickhouse Press), Crayon Poems (Penteract Press 2020) and Unfinished Memmoirs of a Hypocrit (Hesterglock Press 2019).

Michelle Moloney King (she/her) is an experimental poet of the Domestic Fabulism sort, is an experimental poet, visual poet, publisher at Beir Bua Press, primary school teacher and is currently studying Art Therapy in The Crawford College of Art and Design. A mother, living with her family in Co. Tipperary, Ireland with a degree in computer science, post-grad in education & a certified Hypnotherapist, Moloney King is inspired by family life in flux, the plurality of time, and the surreal-absurdism of life. Pushcart Nominee 2021. Visual Artists Ireland member and The Irish Design & Crafts Council member.
