RETURN POLICY FOR BOOKS BOUGHT FROM LULU
Please keep your receipt and packing/order info in the packaging for address and more details. If a product is returned, it will come back to us and we’ll place it in temporary returns for 30 days at no cost. During this time, you’ll be able to change the shipping address, and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. All unclaimed returns will go to charity.

Beir Bua Press is a wise swan that is busy writing her own poetry and running this press. We are lucky to be living in an age of tech and so we use our printers to print and distribute books. Most publishers do that, but they add commerce code into their sites to appear like they are shops/ printers, and then their package arrives in an Amazon envelope. But, no shade – to each their own. For any queries regarding payment, refunds, lost packages contact the retailer you bought the books from. We always ask you buy from Lulu direct as the press and poets receive the most royalty that way and Lulu’s customer service is amazing too.
